ISCA Chairman David Singleton moves to an Independent Director position

David Singleton has been a Member Director of ISCA (previously AGIC) since 2011, on behalf of member firm Arup. At the meeting of the board on 13 May David was appointed an Independent Director; he will continue to chair the board.
